R and RNA-seq Courses

We are offering “Hands-on Introduction to R” from 19.6.-21.6 and “RNA-seq Data Analysis with R” from 22.6.-23.6.
The “RNA-seq Data Analysis with R” course requires basic knowlege of R or participation in our introductory R course.

The 3-days course „Hands-on Introduction to R“ aims to introduce the R programming language which is e.g. used in bioinformatics data analysis and visualization. The course covers data types and structures, data manipulation such as subsetting and merging, data import and export and visualizations. No prior knowledge of R or programming is assumed.

We aim to offer these courses at least two times per year.
