Call for applications: Pitch Contest of the Medical Faculty Bonn

Are you excited about the possibility that your research could make a difference in the world? We’d like to help you achieve that with awards totaling EUR 60.000! All you have to do is apply and present your idea at the first ever Pitch Contest of the Medical Faculty Bonn on September 15, 2022.

External jury members from various German life science venture capital investors and funding institutions will evaluate the live presentations and provide you and the rest of the participants with valuable feedback.
The event will be held as part of the larger MIB Future Panel Symposium, which will take place in the beautiful lecture hall at DZNE. Who can participate in the contest?
 
Medical projects of all stages, including very early ones, with at least one team member from the Medical Faculty and whose technology has not yet been licenced.
 
Application deadline: 6:00pm CET, August 8, 2022
 
To apply for the contest fill out the attached one-pager and send it to wissenschaft.transfer@ukbonn.de. We will contact all applicants latest by August 15 and announce the teams that have been selected to pitch at the event.
