We also provide CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing in mice. Mutants are generated by pronuclear injection or electroporation of Cas9 protein and gene-specific crRNA that target the locus of interest into fertilized e.g. C57BL/6J oocytes from max. 100 donor female mice. crRNA and Cas9 protein are either provided by the investigator or ordered from IDT (Alt-R system) by the CFT.
