Description

The BD FACSymphony offers high-parameter single cell acquisition at high speed. Currently, the system is capable of recording 30 parameters (28 fluorescence channels + light scatter channels) at up to 40,000 events per second, and has the potential to be upgraded to 50 parameters.

The high number of acquisition parameters and the high resolution make the FACSymphony the ideal instrument for the identification and analysis of rare cell types and in-depth or broad phenotyping of single cell events at high-throughput.

A High Throughput Sampler (HTS) for 96-well plates can be used for efficient high-throughput screening approaches but requires an additional introduction before usage.
