The timsTOF Pro 2 mass spectrometer offers an additional dimension for molecule separation. The dual Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry (TIMS) analyzer accumulates and separates ions based on their collisional cross sections. By Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF®) in the dual TIMS analyzer the timsTOF Pro 2 reaches a close to 100% duty cycle and a scan speed of >120 Hz.

The Agilent AssayMap Bravo is a liquid handling system optimized for the high throughput processing of proteomics samples. Predesigned protocols for protein in-solution and SP3 digestion as well as procedures for immunoprecipitation and enrichment of posttranslationally modified peptides, e.g., phosphopeptides allow a streamlined processing of proteomics samples. The system is higly robust and reproducible and keeps batch effects as small as possible, a prerequisite for clinical samples.
