Akoya CODEX
Location:
Campus Poppelsdorf, LIMES Institute
Description
Characterizing the complexities of the tissue microenvironment is critical in understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms to unravel insights into disease development, differentiation, and response. The PhenoCycler™-Fusion (formerly CODEX®) allows spatial phenotyping of millions of cells at unprecedented scale and speed. Mapping millions of cells and their interactions in a single intact tissue section facilitates the discovery of rare cell types, cellular neighborhoods, and spatial functional states.
